That is what I am!  Proud of my son Ian and his decission to join the US Army.  This past week I went to Ian's bootcamp graduation and spent a few days with him before he had to report to his new AIT (Advanced Individual Training) at Fort Gordon in Georgia.  WOW!  I was so impressed with the show Fort Benning gave us for bootcamp graduation.  It was spectacular, to say the very least, complete with tanks, smoke and soldiers coming out of the woods.  The only thing missing was the Army band who was needed elsewhere for a funural of a very important military person from Fort Benning.  Let me tell you I have never been so proud of all the soldiers who put their lives on the line for our freedom and future.  Next time you see a soldier somewhere out in public, stop him or her and thank them for their selflessness and courage.  Here are some of the photos I took during graduation.

Another Sneak Peak

Newborn babies are so precious.  Look at this sweet little face.  This beautiful little girl is Aidyn.  She came to see me last week for her debut modeling session. What a great little model she was!  I hope to photographing her for years to come. I love watching all my littlest clients grow up into spunky little children.

Meet The Rutlands

What a sweet and fun family the Rutland are.  We had them and their dog Ian in the studio a few days ago for some less traditional family portraits. I love doing family portraits like this.  To me these are so much funner than the stiff and formal family portraits.

Urban Hotness!

WOW!  Is all I can say.  That and a great big thank you to all the high school kids who came out to the studio this past Sunday to be my models for the photographer's get together I held here.  You guys were such a blast.  I hope you had as much fun modeling as the other photographers and I had in photographing you.  I myself took over 200 portraits, I just couldn't help myself it was so much fun getting to photograph some fun and funky portraits.  So here is just a few of my faves from the day:

Sweet, Sweet Babies!

These are two of the cutest newborns I have had the pleasure of photographing.  Meet Daniel and Grace.  

I recently spent several hours photographing these little cuties at their home.  I have to say that they were the perfect models, with the exception of peeing and pooping on a number of my things LOL!  And I can't wait to watch them grow into walking and talking little people over the next year.

I am looking for some fun and funky high schoolers for a photoshoot here in downtown Greer for Sunday, October the 5th. I am hosting a get together with some fellow photographers and we need some models for some wickedly funky urban style portraits.
